Table of Contents

1. Communications

Clarivia LLC, operating as Vuret ("Vuret") may send you email or text message (including SMS) correspondence containing details of your consultation, treatment plan, prescription status, and shipment information, provided you consent to receive such communications. Please note that your mobile carrier may charge fees for text messages, and Vuret is not responsible for any such charges.

2. Scope of Services

The medical services provided through the Vuret platform are strictly limited to the assessment and potential treatment of toenail fungus (onychomycosis) and erectile dysfunction (ED). The licensed medical providers utilizing the platform do not provide comprehensive dermatological care, urological care, general medical services, or screening for other conditions.

3. No Replacement for Existing Care

Vuret does not replace your existing relationship with your primary care provider, podiatrist, dermatologist, urologist, or other in-person healthcare providers. It is important to maintain these relationships for your overall health and for conditions unrelated to toenail fungus or erectile dysfunction.

4. Not an Insurance Product

Vuret is not an insurance product. Services may or may not be covered by your health insurance plan. Payment is typically collected directly from the patient.

5. State Availability

Vuret operates subject to state telehealth regulations and may not be available in all states. Service availability is dependent on your state of residence at the time of consultation.

6. No Guarantee of Prescription

Utilizing the Vuret platform does not guarantee that a prescription for medication will be written. The licensed medical providers exercise their independent professional judgment to determine the appropriateness of treatment for each individual based on their health history and assessment.

7. Compounded Medication

Vuret prescriptions are typically for compounded medications, prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy partner. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved; this means the FDA does not review these specific formulations for safety, effectiveness, or quality. While the active ingredients used (Itraconazole, Terbinafine for nail health; Tadalafil, Sildenafil, Citrulline for sexual wellness) are well-established, the compounded combinations themselves have not undergone large-scale clinical trials.

8. Potential Systemic Absorption – Nail Health Treatment

Safety Information

The Vuret topical nail solution contains DMSO, an ingredient intended to enhance penetration through the nail. This may result in some systemic absorption of the active antifungal ingredients (Itraconazole and Terbinafine). Potential systemic side effects exist, similar to those associated with oral antifungal medications. A thorough review of your health history is essential.

Please review the Important Safety Information page for detailed risks.

9. Important Safety Information – Sexual Wellness Treatment

Safety Information

ED medications (including Tadalafil and Sildenafil) are contraindicated with nitrate medications used for chest pain or heart conditions. This combination can cause dangerous drops in blood pressure. ED medications may also interact with other medications including alpha-blockers, blood pressure medications, and medications for HIV or fungal infections.

Common side effects may include: headache, flushing, upset stomach, nasal congestion, back pain, muscle aches, changes in vision, and dizziness.

Serious side effects requiring immediate medical attention include: sudden vision or hearing loss, chest pain, irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath, or erection lasting more than 4 hours (priapism).

A thorough review of your health history and current medications is essential. Please review the Important Safety Information page for detailed risks.

10. No Controlled Substances

The medical providers utilizing the Vuret platform do not prescribe DEA controlled substances (e.g., opioids, certain stimulants, benzodiazepines) except as specifically permitted by law and platform policy for approved treatments.

11. Right to Deny Treatment

The licensed medical providers reserve the right to deny treatment if they believe a patient may be better served by an in-person evaluation (e.g., if the diagnosis is uncertain, the condition is too severe for the proposed treatment, or if cardiovascular risk factors require in-person assessment for ED treatment), or for any other reason based on their professional medical judgment and assessment of patient safety.

12. Platform Provider vs. Medical Provider

Clarivia LLC (operating as Vuret) provides the technology platform, administrative support, and coordination services to connect patients with independent, licensed medical providers. Clarivia LLC does not provide medical advice or services. All medical care, diagnoses, and prescriptions are provided solely by licensed medical providers contracted through independent physician networks or medical groups who exercise their own professional judgment.

13. No Guarantee of Results

While Vuret is designed to treat toenail fungus and erectile dysfunction, individual results may vary. For nail health, nail growth is a slow process, and visible improvement takes time. For sexual wellness, individual response to medication varies. There is no guarantee of a cure or a specific outcome.
