The Vuret topical nail solution contains DMSO, an ingredient intended to enhance penetration through the nail. ED medications (including Tadalafil and Sildenafil) are contraindicated with nitrate medications used for chest pain or heart conditions. This combination can cause dangerous drops in blood pressure. ED medications may also interact with other medications including alpha-blockers, blood pressure medications, and medications for HIV or fungal infections.
Common side effects may include: headache, flushing, upset stomach, nasal congestion, back pain, muscle aches, changes in vision, and dizziness.
Serious side effects requiring immediate medical attention include: sudden vision or hearing loss, chest pain, irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath, or erection lasting more than 4 hours (priapism).
