Important: Due to the prescription nature of Vuret medications, we are unable to accept returns of medications that have been dispensed and shipped. This policy exists to ensure patient safety and comply with federal and state pharmacy regulations.
At Vuret, we are committed to providing you with high-quality prescription medications and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes issues arise, and we want to be transparent about our return policy and the options available to you.
Once your prescription medication has been compounded, dispensed, and shipped by our partner pharmacy, ChemistryRX, it cannot be returned. This applies to all Vuret prescription products, including treatments for toenail fungus (onychomycosis) and erectile dysfunction (ED).
Fees already paid for medication that has been processed and shipped are non-refundable under normal circumstances.
Our no-return policy for prescription medications is in place for several important reasons:
While we cannot accept returns, we will work with you to resolve issues in the following situations:
If your medication arrives damaged, leaking, or otherwise compromised during transit, do not use the product. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
If you receive the wrong medication or your order is missing items, contact us immediately. We will verify the error and ship the correct product to you as quickly as possible at no additional charge.
If you believe your medication is defective (e.g., unusual appearance, consistency, or odor), do not use it. Contact our support team with a description of the issue and photos if possible. Our pharmacy team will investigate and, if a defect is confirmed, provide a replacement.
If your consultation is reviewed and the healthcare provider determines that treatment is not appropriate for you, your order will not be processed. In this case, you will receive a refund minus any applicable consultation fees as outlined during checkout.
We're here to help. If you experience any issues with your order, please reach out to our support team. We'll do our best to find a fair resolution.
You may request to cancel your order at any time before it has been approved by a healthcare provider and sent to the pharmacy for compounding. Once the prescription has been sent to our partner pharmacy and compounding has begun, cancellation is no longer possible and no refund can be issued for that order.
To request a cancellation, contact our support team as soon as possible at support@getvuret.com
You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
You are not eligible for a refund if:
If you are enrolled in a recurring treatment plan or subscription, you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. To avoid being charged for your next shipment, please cancel before your next scheduled processing date. Cancellation will not affect any orders that have already been processed.
You can manage your subscription through your patient portal or by contacting our support team. Cancellation typically takes effect within 1–2 business days.
Your safety is our top priority. If you experience any adverse effects or have concerns about the quality of your medication, please discontinue use and contact a healthcare provider. You should also report the issue to our support team so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
You may also report concerns directly to the FDA's MedWatch program at www.fda.gov/medwatch.
