Log in to your patient portal to view your order status and tracking information. You will also receive email and/or SMS notifications when your order ships.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your patient portal or by contacting our support team. Please cancel before your next scheduled processing date to avoid charges for the next shipment.
You can update your shipping address in your patient portal under account settings. If your order has already been processed, please contact support immediately—we may be able to update the address before it ships.

Do not use damaged medication. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
